Store Credits
Returns will be processed in the form of store credits, which you can use for future purchases on our online store. Store credits will be issued for the full amount of the returned item(s), minus any applicable shipping charges and discounts. Please note that store credits expire after 60 days from the date of issuance.
Return Period
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we won't be able to process your return.
To start a return, you can contact us at kaalco.sg@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping, as well as ensuring that the returned item(s) are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Please ensure return shipping is trackable, we will not be responsible for any items that are lost in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Items marked as final sale.
- Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
